If you are wishing to experience some of the best dive sites and remote uninhabited islands in the Maldives, look no further than the Atoll Explorer as it offers it all. Moored in the bay of Kurumba, The Atoll Explorer is an 'informal' liveaboard just 20 minutes transfer by motorised boat from Male Airport.
With a maximum capacity of 40 passengers, the 20 cabins are simply furnished, with air conditioning, telephone and ensuite shower.
There is one restaurant onboard offering international style buffets where you can dine in their indoor dining area or 'Al fresco' in their outdoor dining area. Other facilities include a Jacuzzi, small gift shop, indoor games, two sun decks and a bar.

Welcoming both beginners and experienced divers onboard, the Atoll Explorer offers a variety of courses from fun discover scuba dives to speciality courses.
Being able to offer extremely varied diving to some of the best dive sites in the Maldives you may be lucky enough to come across some of the great underwater creatures such as whale sharks, barracuda, hammerhead sharks, morays, turtles and lobsters to name a few.
Itinerary
Standard Itinerary - 9 days
Day 1. - (Departs Sunday.) Evening flight from London Heathrow to Male
Day 2. – On arrival into Male you will met by a representative who will transfer you to The Atoll Explorer for a 7 night cruise.
Day 3-8. - Six Days to enjoy the amazing dive sites of the Maldives
Day 9. – Transfer back to Male for your evening flight to London via Colombo.
